MODERN MONI HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE
It’s that time of the year again and I cannot be more excited!! I am such a BIG gift giver when it comes to the holidays! Honestly, nothing makes me happier than to see the smiles on friends and my family’s faces. I do, however, try my best to keep presents to a minimum for my kids. I’ve attempted different gift tactics in the past, but it always seemed to get a little out of control.
With that being said, one of my girlfriends told me last year about following this simple little rhyme when it comes to gifting her kids: 1 WANT, 1 NEED, 1 WEAR, 1 READ. I think it’s a good way to ensure my kids not only appreciate the 4 things they do get, but it also makes me and *Santa* think about gifting quality things, rather than something that will be thrown out after a year. I also usually put together some wishlist items for grandma and grandpa to help them out with the gift buying process!
